No DUI charges for marijuana metabolites in Arizona

Despite the fact that Prop 203 specicaly says a medical marijuana patient can't be arrested for DUI because they have marijuana metabolites in their body, the police not wanting to end the "War on Drugs", which is really a "jobs program for cops" have continued to arrest medical marijuana patients for DUI when there is no evidence whatsoever that they are driving stoned, solely because they have marijuana metabolites in their body.

According to this article the Arizona Supreme Court says those arrestes are unconstitutional and that the police must stop arresting medical marijuana patients for DUI simply because they have marijuana metabolites in their bodies.

I have been trying to figure out a way to grab some photos of the people that are stalking me in the desert where I live and I think this would be a great device I could use to trigger a camera to take the photos of the people that are stalking me.

You used some fishing line to tie the trip wire to a tree or bush.

And of course you use some fishing line to trigger the tripwire.

I guess if you really wanted to get fancy you could put a microprocessor on the clothes line tripwire. Or put a Bluetooth device on the cloths line trip wire to trigger a remotely located device.

Drug testing companies want a marijuana monopoly???

Let me get this straight, every year marijuana causes a whopping ZERO deaths. That's zero, like the number 0, zippo, nada or nothing.

But despite the fact that marijuana doesn't cause any deaths or medical problems, the drug testing companies want to mandate that all marijuana be tested.

If you ask me the drug testing companies want to pass a law requiring testing of marijuana so they can all become millionaires by getting the government to require us to pay the drug testing companies money.

The drug testing companies seem to be operating with the same sleaze bag mentality of MPP or Marijuana Policy Project. And that is they want to have the government give them a monopoly on marijuana testing, so they can become millionaires.

The ONLY time I can remember anybody being poisoned from marijuana was years ago when the GOVERNMENT or DEA specifically was poisoning marijuana uses by spraying marijuana fields in Mexico with paraquat, knowing that the marijuana would be used by consumers in the USA.

We need to united against these drug testing companies and throw them out of Arizona along with MPP.

$64,000 Air Ambulance Bill

I am not sure on this, but I suspect the only reason these air ambulance companies can get away with these outrageous prices is because they are sleeping with the government.

In this article a woman was billed $64,620 because her dead husband was flown by an air ambulance from Yuma to Phoenix.

Nightmares last night!!!!

Last night I couldn't sleep and and nightmares most of the night.

My father tries to commit me to the nut house

I think pretty much all my life my father has hated me. I suspect when he did that it was just his way of trying to kick me out of his home to get rid of me.

My mom told me that my father really loved me until I was about 6 months old, and then he seemed to do a 100% flip and started hating me.

I really don't know or care what I did wrong. And I don't think a logical person could accuse a 6th month old baby of doing something wrong.

One day when I was in high school my father told me I needed to undergo some mental tests and took me down to the Arizona State Insane Asylum or Arizona State Nuthouse as we called it when we were kids.

It's on 24th Street and Van Buren and in those days the the slang term "24th Street and Van Buren" was a synonym for the "nut house" or "insane asylum".

When I went down there they just gave me a bunch of test. What I remember are the ink blot tests where they show you a bunch of photos or images of ink blots and they ask you what you think of them.

I was just pretty scared when this happened.

To be honest to me all the stupid ink blots looked like, well meaningless ink blots.

But to make the shrinks happy I came up with a bunch of nice sounding things that the ink blots looked like to keep the shrinks happy.

Nothing happened out of that, and I never went back to the Arizona State Mental Hospital, so I suspect my father's attempt to commit me to the nut house was a dismal failure.

I have always wondered if my father tried to murder me by having my brother drop a brick on my head??

When I was a little kid and they were building the Mathew's Paint Store on 32nd Street and Thomas Road my brother dropped a brick on my head.

Obviously it didn't kill me or even put me in the hospital. Hell, it didn't do anything to me other then giving me a nasty cut on the head.

Since my father was with my brother Tom when he dropped the brick on my head, I wonder if my father told Tom to drop the brick on my head in an attempt to murder me.

That happened when I was in 5th grade or before.

I suspect probably a lot earlier, maybe when I was in third grade.

Was Tom involved in the Danny Rivera murder???

I's sorry I probably spelled Mackalousos name wrong, but what happened in that case is that he was murdered by Danny Rivera.

My brother used to live with a guy named Danny Rivera. They grew up with us in South Scottsdale.

Danny Rivera operated a car detailing business. We didn't know this but the car detailing business was used as a front to steal cars, take them to Mexico and trade the for heroin.

The Mackalousos guy who also grew up with us in south Scottsdale ripped off Danny Rivera in a heroin deal.

Danny Rivera then had Mackalousos murdered. I don't think he committed the murder himself, but paid some people to do it.

Mackalousos body was discovered years later buried near the Salt River or Verde River, and Danny Rivera was implicated in the crime and ended up doing some prison time for it.

I don't think he plead guilty to murder, but it was some other related crime which he got in a plea bargain.

I have always wondered if my brother was involved in that murder.

My brother turned into a Jesus freak at that time and I also have always wondered in he turned into a Jesus freak because he was involved in the murder of Mackalousos.

Danny Rivera's father was also a big time white collar criminal, which we found out after he got busted for white collar crimes.

He was one of the owners of R & T Investments which were involved in the Ned Warren land fraud crimes in Arizona.

I think R & T Investments stood or Rivera & Traumdie Investments.

What they did is sold worthless 2nd mortgages to investors. Those worthless 2nd mortgages were created in New Warrens land fraud empire.

Both Danny's father and the Trumidie guy ended up doing time in the Arizona Prison. In fact I think Danny's father died in prison.

I have only seen coyotes on city streets a few times and they are usually by themselves, and they usually avoid you and stay far away from you.

I was a little bit scared when one of the coyotes turned around and walked back toward me.

I have seen coyotes in the desert where I live even less.

Since this press release was probably put out to get publicity on what crime fighting heroes the folks at the TSA are, I suspect they would have listed the number of terrorists they arrested.

So since they didn't mention the number of terrorists arrested I will assume it was the huge number of ZERO, like it usually is.

From prior article I have posted the number of people the TSA arrests for terrorists related crimes is usually less then 1%.

Most of the arrests the TSA makes is for people with guns, as in this article, followed by people who have illegal drugs. Neither which protects the public from anything.

If you ask me the TSA should be dispanded.

Based on this article I suspect the FBI is mostly interested in generating arrests for child porn, rather then stopping child porn.

That way the FBI can brag that they are super heroes fighting crime, and use that to ask for more $$$ MONEY $$$.

Personally I don't think the government should be putting people in prison who look at dirty pictures.

Looking at dirty pictures is just another victimless crime that wastes our tax dollars when we have cops arrest people for it and then throw them into prison for decades.

Phoenix Mayor Terry Goddard was the first political I really liked. I voted for him because of all the wonderful promises he made when he ran for Mayor of Phoenix.

Former Phoenix Mayor Paul Johnson is just a wanna be Terry Goddard clone, too, who seems to be a crook like the guy he worships.

Tempe cop kicks me out of Clark Park

Today, is Thursday, January 21, 2016 and I was just lying down in Clark Park because I was tired. The last two nights I didn't get much sleep.

After I ate lunch I want to Clark Park and I was lying in the grass between the baseball field and the pool that has been closed and turned into a garden.

I know it is illegal to sleep in the park so I wasn't sleeping.

Then just before 14:23 (2:23 pm) a blond haired Tempe pig in a SUV drives up and tells me I have to leave the park or he was going to shake me down.

He said people were calling complaining I was dead.

I don't know if he got any actual calls or he was just using that as a lame excuse to kick me out of the park.

So I asked him:

Do I really have to leave the park or, are you just making that up.

If you don't leave I am going to have to id you and run you thru the computer.

As I was leaving Clark Park I used my camera to take a photo of a Clark Park sign. The timestamp on the photo is 14:23, or 2:23 p.m.

One way the Democrats could flush the Second Amendmendment down the toilet is to require the silly Brady Bill checks to buy a gun, but drag their feet and make it take years for a person to get the Brady Bill check.

Phoenix gives a total of about 5,800 of these dirt cheep homes rentals to people. That might not sounds like a lot, when when you have a city election where only 5% of the registered voters show up and vote, while everybody that is on government welfare shows up and votes it can easily swing an election.

Those 5,800 votes the members of the Phoenix city council purchase with our tax dollars for themselves cost the tax payers $50 million.

I am an atheist and think that if we are going to have separation of church and state, religious groups should be free believe in all the nutty religions things they want to believe in. That's even thought I don't believe in those nutty things.

On the the other hand the Arizona ACLU, AU-GP, Secular Coalition for Arizona and FFRF seem to have become and arm of the Democratic Party and want to use the force of the government to shove our atheist values down the throats of religious folks.

It looks like Jesus Rubalcava who is a Gila Bend Unified School District Governing Board member has a financial interest in the government taking your money and using it to educate your children in the school districts he oversees.

I wonder how much Jesus Rubalcava gets paid in his government jobs as a member of the Gila Bend Unified School District Governing Board?

I suspect the one of the reasons Jesus Rubalcava thinks public education is a right, is because it means more money in his wallet for every kid that's enrolled in his school district.

Here name is Julie Smith and here is a photo on her Facebook page which says she works for the PhoenixPolice.

The photo I found on her Facebook page says she is a Detective with the Phoenix Police. She works with the LGBTQ Liason and Gay Camp.

While in this case it is pretty obvious that Julie Smith is a cop you should assume that ANYBODY you meet on the Internet is a cop.

And for that reason you should NEVER, NEVER, NEVER mention any thing illegal on the internet, even if it is a victimless crime that hurts NO one.

That was around the time I discovered the login in password was changed and the settings on the .htaccess and .htpasswd files were changed.

I got around the login password and fixed up things.

I suspect the .htaccess and .htpasswd were changed at the system level rather then the local level.

But I didn't have enough money on my cell phone to call their tech support and check that out.

Initially I got around the problem by going thru au-gp.com, rather then au-gp.org, but they quickly removed au-gp.com.

You are required to report murders to the police

I would be terrified to report a murder to the police because they would probably attempt to blame it on me if I did report the murder.

The same goes for reporting the discovery of a dead body.

If I found a dead body I would be terrified to report it to the police, again because I would be afraid the police would blame the death on me.

But Prop 203 which is Arizona's medical marijuana law in ARS 36-2802.D, clearly says if you are a medical marijuana patient you can not be arrested for DUI because you have marijuana metabolites in you body:

ARS 36-2802.D Operating, navigating or being in actual physical control of any motor vehicle, aircraft or motorboat while under the influence of marijuana, except that a registered qualifying patient shall not be considered to be under the influence of marijuana solely because of the presence of metabolites or components of marijuana that appear in insufficient concentration to cause impairment.

Most modern cell phones will allow you to record the location of any photos you shoot by embedding meta tags which contain the GPS location the photo was shot in the photo's files.

Will some people, like those phony baloney libertarians, David, Ernie and Mike will accuse me of giving this information to the cops, I am sure the cops already have this information and know how to extract the GPS information from you photos.

A few months back software billionaire John McAfee made the news on this issue when he was a fugitive and was releasing photos to the media.

Some hacker took the photos and extracted the GPS information and determined that John McAfee was lying about the location he claimed the photos were shot at.

I will usually vote for an atheist any day of the year over a religious person, because I know they won't be passing laws forcing their religion on me.

A long time ago I sent James Woods a message on Facebook asking for his position on the "War on Drugs" and on legalizing marijuana. I was kind of p*ssed because he never responded to my message.

Since James Wood didn't respond to my message I suspect he is one of those politicians who will try and keep REAL positions secret he thinks it will cause him to lose your vote.

I call those people hypocrites. I don't know if James Wood is a hypocrite or not. But he never responded to my questions, so I am guessing he is a hypocrite.

I also think that James Woods is against the Second Amendment and wants to take our guns away from use.

He mentioned something along those lines at either a Phoenix Freedom From Religion Foundation meeting or a Phoenix Americans United for Separation of Church and State (Phoenix AU) meeting.

An just because James Woods has sun glasses on in this photo, it doesn't mean he is a druggie. James Wood is blind.

U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema is the only other atheist I know in govenrment.

I am not too happy with her either because when she was a member of the Arizona legislator she tried to flush Prop 203 or Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act down the toilet by slapping a 300% tax on medical marijuana. That attempt failed.

U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema says she supports decriminalizing marijuana, but I think she is lying because of the tax she tried to slap on medical marijuana.

I used to know U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema when she was an anti-war activist, but it looks like she has sold out the cause since she got elected. While she talks like she supports the little guy she consistently votes to support the police state and military industrial complex.
