Government bureaucrats in the Tempe Library make up imaginary laws to run homeless people out of the Tempe Public Library??
When it comes to terrorizing homeless people the city of Tempe, Arizona is second to none. The royal rulers of Tempe are also are also second to none when it comes to running homeless people out of the city of Tempe. In this sign which is next to the restrooms at the Tempe City Library, we find out that homeless people are not allowed to: Wash themselvesHere is a link to the Tempe City Code: http://www.tempe.gov/Home/ShowDocument?id=16559I suspect the folks that run the Tempe Library are *ssholes who hate homeless people and made up these rules, by twisting around the rules that say people can not bath or swim in lakes in Tempe parks and applying them to restrooms in the library. These rules seem to apply to the water in lakes in Tempe parks, not in public restrooms that the city of Tempe operates. Here is a copy of the TCC Chapter 23, Sections 23-40 40. Prohibited activities. The following activities are prohibited in all city parks, unless otherwise posted: |
