That's certainly a lie because if you have an Arizona Medical marijuana card it's 100% legal in all of Arizona. [well, up to 2.5 ounces flowers, and an unlimited amount of seeds, stems, leafs ...]2) Possession of this card does not provide legal protection
Again absolute BS. Under Prop 203 it certainly does provide legal protection. That's assuming the card was issued to you.3) Marijuana use can be addictiveOf course the police have flushed Prop 203 down the toilet and don't obey the law.
