He was walking up and down the light rail car sitting next to people, then yelling at them, screaming Bible quotes and asking people for money.

I moved away from his twice. Once the jerk sat next to me, but instead of picking on me, he was abusing a the woman who he also sat next to.

The Drunken Indians

They really weren't bothering me, but a few months ago a drunk Indian has yelled and threatened me at one light rail stop out in the middle of nowhere.

I didn't want to get off at the same stop as those drunk Indians and have them harass me at the stop in the middle of nowhere.

At each stop the drunk Indians would get off the train, and then get back on. I suspect they were doing that to avoid the light rail narcs who check your ticket.

When we got to my stop the drunk Indians got off the train, so I stayed on the train. But then the Indians got back on the train, and I didn't have time to get off.

So I missed my stop.

The Black Gay Gangbanger!!!

After I had moved to a new spot on the train to avoid the other nut jobs, the guy who seemed to be a gay Black guy who was probably a gang banger started to make weird hand signals at me while staring at me.

So I moved twice to avoid him.

After I moved the first time the guy followed me and touched me.

When I moved the second time to avoid the guy he again started to follow me.

He got off the train at the next stop so my problem went away.

The guy had a t-shirt on that said something in English and Spanish like:

It looks like the cops are on their break and they go to the gas station go get free food to eat during their break.

The cops go to the beverage machine fill up a couple of glasses full of soda pop and leave without paying.

I suspect their logic is having a gun and a badge allows them to steal stuff.

Columbus had a telescope???

This Sunday I went to a Latino festival at the Tempe Public Library called Tardeada.

At one booth there were a bunch of government school teachers telling us how wonderful they are and how they deserve more money.

The teachers had some books for young children showing how Columbus discovered American in 1492.

I was reading thru the book because it was in Spanish.

Everything was OK in the book till I got to the illustrations showing that sailors on Columbus's ships had telescopes, which they used to view the land.

Only one problem with that, telescopes didn't exist in 1492 when Columbus discovered America.

Hell, telescopes didn't even exist until 1608 or one hundred plus years AFTER Columbus discovered America. I thought Galileo invented the telescope but Wikipedia says that it was Zacharias Janssen.

I asked the teachers why we should raise our taxes and give them more money, if they are teaching kids that Columbus had telescopes when telescopes didn't exist until at least 100 years after Columbus allegedly discovered America.

They dodged the question and didn't even answer it.

Maybe because of my long hair they thought I was on drugs and made the whole thing up about telescopes being invented in the 1600'

Christians putting "atheist" stickers on Kyrsten Sinema campaign signs???

As I was going home last night I noticed on a number U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema's campaign signs along Arizona Avenue in Chandler that somebody has been slapping stickers that say "Atheist" and "Humanist" on the signs.

I suspect that the person or persons doing it are Christians who don't like the fact that U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema is an atheist.

I don't have a problem with Kyrsten Sinema on that issue because I am an atheist too and don't believe in God either.

But I am a little ticked off at Kyrsten Sinema because she seems to try to hide that from the voters. I have heard from other atheists that on her congressional web site she doesn't come out and say she is an atheist, but rather says she doesn't have a church.

But what really ticks me off about U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema is that when she was a member of the Arizona Legislator she tried to flush Prop 203, which is Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act down the toilet by attempting to slap a 300% tax on medical marijuana.

If that tax had passed it would have added a $900 tax on to each ounce of medical marijuana that currently costs about $300 at medical marijuana dispensaries, bringing the cost of an ounce of medical marijuana up to $1,200.

That tax would have bankrupted some families who have sick members that need medical marijuana. Families like that of 5 year old Zander Welton.

Zander Welton is an epileptic and medical marijuana has reduced the number of his seizures from many every day to just a few a week.

Also while U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema used to be an anti-war activists, from what I have seen see seems to have flipped sides and now if you look at her voting record she seems to support the police state and military industrial complex.

That's while at the same time she claims to fight for the little guy against big bad government.

If Judge Michael Herrod has the same nutty views as his wife Cathi Herrod he certainly shouldn't be a judge in a secular government where church and state are supposed to be kept separate.

I Googled Judge Michael Herrod and it seems like he is a judge on the Maricopa Superior Court.

In my words the Center for Arizona Policy is a right wing group of religious folks who would love to flush both the US Constitution and Arizona Constitution down the toilet and turn Arizona into a Christian theocracy.

And sadly Cathi Herrod's group has been very successful at getting laws passed to do that.

I have know Kyrsten Sinema for years and she definitely is an atheist like I am.

A good example on this is the American Income tax.

When the 16th Amendment was passed as the American Income Tax it was supposed to pay all the governments bills by just shaking down RICH people for a small tax.

The first US income tax was only required to be paid by RICH people who made $3,000 or more in 1913, which is probably $50,000 to $60,000 in 2014 dollars.

OK, $50,000 or even $60,000 isn't really rich now, but in 1913 most Americans worked on farms and didn't make any income that could be hit with an income tax.

I think in 1913 less then 1% of the population was required to pay the income tax.

Of course now in 2014 even if you work at McDonald's and make minimum wage Uncle Sam wants to shake you down for the income tax and withhold money for taxes you might owe.

In 1913 the US income tax started at 1% and maxed out at 6%. Congress even debated at capping the maximum income tax rate at 10%, because they thought if the tax ever went that high it would be outrageous.

I just looked at the 2013 US income tax tables and they start out at 10% and max out at 39.6%.

That means the current minimum income tax of 10% in 2013 is 10 times higher then the minimum income tax rate of 1% in 1913.

That means the maximum income tax of 39.6% in 2014 is almost 7 times greater then the maximum income tax of 6% in 1913.

If you really want to get sick check out this IRS website and look at the first US income tax form created for the 1913 income tax.

And look at the rates. As I just said the min tax rates was a lousey 1% compared to the min rate of 10% now.

And the max rate was a lousy 6% compared to the max rate of 39.6% now.

And of course in 1913 they didn't have income tax withholding. In 1913 the Federal government didn't steal money out of your weekly or monthly pay check. You had to pay the tax the next year when it was due.

Of course in 2014 Uncle Sam shakes steals the chunk of money Uncle Sam thinks you owe him from each and every pay check.

Yea, Hitler was right.

If the current draconian income tax of 2014 was implemented in 1913 the people would probably have revolted and over threw the American government like they did to King George in 1776.

Sunday October 19 - Rain

From the Republic it was an odd storm that was limited to only a few areas of the Valley.

First it was light rain, then it turned into heavy rain, which would have soaked me if I slept in it.

So I waited out that storm at a bus stop for a half an hour.

But that time the rain pretty much stopped and I caught a bus back out to the desert to go to sleep.

While the city streets were soaked from the desert soil soaked up all the water and I slept on some dry dirt.

Friday I was falsely arrested when I was taking photos of the van or bus.

Trinity Donovan is the President or CEO of the Chandler Christian Community Center. Trinity Donovan is also a member of the Chandler City Council, and it sure seems she is using her job as a Chandler City Councilwoman to mix government and religion with the Chandler government and the Chandler Christian Community Center.

Despite the fact that Prop 203 specicaly says a medical marijuana patient can't be arrested for DUI because they have marijuana metabolites in their body, the police not wanting to end the "War on Drugs", which is really a "jobs program for cops" have continued to arrest medical marijuana patients for DUI when there is no evidence whatsoever that they are driving stoned, solely because they have marijuana metabolites in their body.

According to this article the Arizona Supreme Court says those arrestes are unconstitutional and that the police must stop arresting medical marijuana patients for DUI simply because they have marijuana metabolites in their bodies.

Eclipse today from 2:21pm to 4:45pm - Arizona time

In Arizona we don't do that daylight savings time BS, so I think Arizona time is now the same as California time.

You can also use #14 or higher welding glass filters or shades to view the the eclipse

Don't use gas welding glasses, they are usually only a #5

Most arc welding glasses start at #10, and that isn't safe either.

You can combine two or more welding glasses till you get a #14 or more to safely view the eclipse.

Say use a #5 gas welding filter and a #10 arc welding filter will give you the equivalent of a #15 filter, and anything over #14 is safe.

On the welding glass filters or lenses they usually have a number stamped on them. A #5 is usually used for gas welding. You usually start out arc welding with a #10. You can combine the lenses till you get a number that is #14 or more.

The pin hole method using a pin and a piece of paper described in this article works rather well too. But you have to look at the SHADOW on the ground that is case thru the pinhole. Not the sun.

If the sun seems a little dimmer on Thursday afternoon, it's not your imagination.

A partial solar eclipse visible over most of North America will cover 44 percent of the Arizona sun for a short period in mid- to late afternoon. The eclipse is scheduled to begin at 2:21 p.m. Arizona time, with the partial eclipse at maximum coverage at 3:37 p.m. The eclipse will be over at 4:45 p.m.

The next solar eclipse visible from Arizona won't happen until Aug. 21, 2017.

It's never safe to look directly at the sun with the naked eye, said Patrick Young, an Arizona State University associate professor in the School of Earth and Space Exploration. You need special solar filters; ordinary sunglasses don't have enough protection.

But there are a few ways you can view the eclipse safely.

Jason Kendall of William Paterson University comes in to explain how a solar eclipse works, and the safest ways to view a solar eclipse.

You can build a simple "pinhole" projector with two pieces of white paper and a thumbtack or pin.

-- Punch a small opening into one piece of paper with a thumbtack or pin.

-- Make sure your back is toward the sun.

-- Hold the paper with the hole between the sun and a second sheet of paper. The second piece of paper will act as your screen for the image. Be patient. It takes a little adjustment to angle the paper so the sun's image is on the screen.

You should see an image of the sun on the screen — it will look like a crescent.

If you're lucky, you can also sometimes see the crescents on the ground underneath trees or bushes during solar eclipses.

You can also watch the eclipse online from your home or office. The Prescott Observatory in Arizona will be providing the main feeds for the Slooh network of telescopes around the world. The three-hour broadcast begins at 2 p.m. Arizona time on Thursday.

A number of local astronomy clubs will be observing the eclipse. In Tempe, the AstroDevils ASU Astronomy Club will have a telescope with special solar filters set up for viewing outside the Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building 4.

Solar eclipses happen when the moon is in a direct line between Earth and the Sun, and the Earth falls in the moon's shadow. Eclipses can be partial or total. Total eclipses are much more dramatic because so much more of the sun's surface area is covered.

The last eclipse in Arizona was in 2012, when the moon's silhouette blocked 83 percent of the sun's surface area over Phoenix.

Thursday, October 23 - Church van still in parking lot

Friday I was falsely arrested when I was taking photos of the van or bus.

Every day this week so far, that church van has been illegally parked in the Chandler Fire Department Headquarters parking lot. That includes Monday, Tuesday, Wensensday and now Thursday.

Trinity Donovan who is a Chandler City Councilman is also the President or CEO of the Chandler Christian Community Center. The bus is owned by the Chandler Christian Community Center.

I suspect that Trinity Donovan and her Chandler Christian Community Center are illegally mixing government and religion and that van is being used as part of the crime.

Thursday, October 23 - Late Night Visitors

At first I thought they were looking for me and either going to beat me up or kill me because I am a homeless persons. Kind of like somebody tried to do on July 4 of this year. I should say stone me to death.

They may have been drunken high school or college kids looking for a place to party.

I am guessing they were around for at least an hour.

I went even deeper into the desert to avoid them.

I did find some nice rocks to sleep on while I was waiting for them to leave.

Chile tepins or Chiltepín as they are called in this article are local to Arizona and the Mexican state of Sonora.

They are the 3rd hottest peppers in the world.

Chile tepins are little round red peppers about a quarter of an inch in diameter or 6mm as the article says.

I don't eat them raw, but grind them up and use them to make hot stuff.

I have been using them for years, and long before I even knew what chile habañeros were. Chile habañeros are the hottest natural peppers in the world.

I will usually vote for an atheist any day of the year over a religious person, because I know they won't be passing laws forcing their religion on me.

A couple of months ago I sent James Woods a message on Facebook asking for his position on the "War on Drugs" and on legalizing marijuana. I was kind of p*ssed because he never responded to my message.

I also think that James Woods is against the Second Amendment and wants to take our guns away from use.

He mentioned something along those lines at either a Phoenix Freedom From Religion Foundation meeting or a Phoenix Americans United for Separation of Church and State meeting.

U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema is the only other atheist I know in govenrment.

I am not too happy with her either because when she was a member of the Arizona legislator she tried to flush Prop 203 or Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act down the toilet by slapping a 300% tax on medical marijuana. That attempt failed.

U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema says she supports decriminalizing marijuana, but I think she is lying because of the tax she tried to slap on medical marijuana.

I used to know U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema when she was an anti-war activist, but it looks like she has sold out the cause since she got elected. While she talks like she supports the little guy she consistently votes to support the police state and military industrial complex.

U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema is also a big time gun grabber who would love to flush the 2nd Amendment down the toilet.

US leads world in prison population

Yea, we kicked the butts of the evil Nazis in World War II, and in the Cold War we kicked the butts of the evil Russian and Chinese communists. But sadly somehow America has become the world's biggest police state.

I shouldn't have said somehow, because the reason Amerika is now the worlds biggest police state is because of the American war on drugs.

At the Federal level according to the US Bureau of Prisons 51 percent of the people in Federal prisons are there for victimless drug war crimes.

At the state level, according to Reason Magazine two thirds or 66% of the American's in prison are there for victimless drug war crimes.

While America only has a third of China's population we have about a half million more people in American prisons then there are in Chinese prisons.

While American is about the same size as the former Soviet Union, there are more then twice as many people in American prisons are Russian prisons.

The only democracy that is even near the USA is India. While American only has a third of India's billion people population the good old USA has more then 6 times as many people in prison as they do in India.

Many people think Mexico is a police state. But compared to America that isn't true.

The USA has about 3 times the population of Mexico. But the USA has almost 12 times as many people in prison as Mexico does.

The only thing that might be misleading about these statics is that China executes far more people then the USA does.

You are required to report murders to the police

I would be terrified to report a murder to the police because they would probably attempt to blame it on me if I did report the murder.

The same goes for reporting the discovery of a dead body.

If I found a dead body I would be terrified to report it to the police, again because I would be afraid the police would blame the death on me.

2) The law requiring taxi drivers to take drug tests. Despite Prop 203 which says in ARS 36-2802 that medical marijuana patients can't be busted for DUI because of marijuana metabolites in their system, the cops are arresting medical marijuana patients for DUI per ARS 28-1381

But Prop 203 which is Arizona's medical marijuana law in ARS 36-2802.D, clearly says if you are a medical marijuana patient you can not be arrested for DUI because you have marijuana metabolites in you body:

ARS 36-2802.D Operating, navigating or being in actual physical control of any motor vehicle, aircraft or motorboat while under the influence of marijuana, except that a registered qualifying patient shall not be considered to be under the influence of marijuana solely because of the presence of metabolites or components of marijuana that appear in insufficient concentration to cause impairment.

3) Law that limits light rail fare to 5 cents or is that 25 cents or a quarter.

Most modern cell phones will allow you to record the location of any photos you shoot by embedding meta tags which contain the GPS location the photo was shot in the photo's files.

Will some people, like those phony baloney libertarians, David, Ernie and Mike will accuse me of giving this information to the cops, I am sure the cops already have this information and know how to extract the GPS information from you photos.

A few months back software billionaire John McAfee made the news on this issue when he was a fugitive and was releasing photos to the media.

Some hacker took the photos and extracted the GPS information and determined that John McAfee was lying about the location he claimed the photos were shot at.
