Purple Haze House FAQs 1) What is Purple Haze House and do I need a medical card to come in? A: We are an entertainment and education venue for medical marijuana patients. Club members are allowed to bring a designated driver with them. One guest per club member 2) Who owns Purple Haze House? A: Purple Haze House is owned by BMS Entertainment, a Las Vegas based Entertainment Company. 3) What do you do there? A: Medical marijuana patients come here to enjoy their medicine as well as the company of other like minded individuals in a safe and educational environment. We hold various events on different nights as well as regular advocacy meetings here. Open Mic night, stand-up comedy, things like that and pretty much all sporting events. 4) Do you sell medicine there? A: No, Purple Haze House does not sell medicine. We’re a social club/lounge so patients bring their own medicine and are encouraged to bring enough to share with other club members. Patient to patient transfers are allowed within the lounge however we, the staff do not sell meds. 5) Is there a fee? A: Yes, membership rates apply to everyone and start at $5 for a day pass and go to $710 for a bi-annual membership. Our dab tenders appreciate tips and will often “double-dab” or “ninja-dab” club members who frequent the lounge or are big tippers just like any bartender would. 6) Is it true I have to use cannabis just to come in? A: yes, and we make no exceptions. 7) What are the rules there? A: the rules are posted just inside our doors. You are more than welcome to come down and check them out. 8) Can I bring my own bong/pipe etc? A: Yes, members that purchase a monthly membership or better are allowed to bring their own paraphernalia, day and weekly members are not. 9) I make (something related to the industry) can I bring in samples to try and market my product? A: Samples are allowed but must be approved by a manager ahead of time. 10) If I have extra meds, can I sell to other members? A: Patients are allowed to transfer medication amongst themselves within the restrictions found in the text of the AMMA. We suggest you familiarize yourself with the AMMA restrictions and protections found in sections 36-2815 and 36-2811 as well as the definitions found in section 36-2801 of the AMMA.
