Oktoberfest organizers throw us off of public property
Shortly after the Tempe cops told us we could not use our bullhorns the a woman who claimed to be running things at the Oktoberfest kicked us off of public property on the south side of Tempe Town Toilet.
I wasn't there they started to boot us. I was in the restroom taking photos of my notes on how the cops told us we could not use our megaphone.
She had the thugs from T.E.A.M. help her throw us off of the public property.
We had our tables set up at the entrance to the Oktoberfest Festival which is on PUBLIC property, but the woman claimed that she rented the Tempe Town Toilet and that we were not allowed to circulate our petitions there.
In the following photos the woman is dresses up like a German bar made or perhaps just like a German woman.
The TEAM thugs are in their T.E.A.M. uniforms with head phone.
Valley Metro Light Rail Police Violate My First Amendment rights.
After I was done collecting signatures to legalize marijuana I again had my Constitutional right violated by the jackbooted criminals that work for the city of Tempe and Valley Metro or the Valley Metro Light Rail Transit system.
When I got to the light rail station on Mill Avenue and Third Street I noticed a man passed out on the side walk.
Initially I thought he was drunk, but later on I suspect that he had some type of medical condition and passed out.
Two Valley Metro Light Rail narcs went up to the gun and one of them started shaking the sh*t out of the guy like, "Hey you f*cking drunk wake your *ss us".
I didn't record that, but at that point I started video taping the incident, because it looked like the Valley Metro Police were sadistic police thugs who wanted to abuse the guy because he was drunk.
When the guy finally got up it didn't look like he was drunk at all.
He wasn't stumbling like drunks do.
About the same time, of the the Valley Metro Light Rail narc started coming up to me telling me I wasn't allowed to videotape him with out his permission.
That is complete bullsh*t.
The Supreme Court has ruled a number of time that our First Amendment rights include the right to videotape the police.
I was afraid the Valley Metro Police thug was going to attack me and break my camera so I backed off.
In fact I left the light rail platform altogether because I was afraid of being attacked or falsely arrested by this abuse police thug.
While this was happening the Valley Metro cop also started demanding that I give him my light rail pass.
I consider that just a lame *ss excuse he was using to stop me from videotaping him.
I did have a Valley Metro month long pass that is good until October 15, 2015, and this incident happened on October 9, so I had 6 days on the pass.
I was afraid that the Valley Metro Pig would steal my pass and falsely arrest me for riding on the light rail for free.
