In 1976 under pressure from the DEA acting President Gerald Ford signed an executive order outlawing all public research into the benefits of marijuana.I have said this many times, but the "War on Drugs" is nothing but a full times jobs program from cops. And from this blurb it sounds like the DEA will do anything to keep the "War on Drug" even if it means destroying the lives of sick people who need marijuana and other drugs.
