Last night I went to Kathy Inman's kick off meeting at the Cheba Hut which was getting people to collect signatures for the MPP or Marijuana Policy Project initiative which allegedly legalizes marijuana in Arizona.

A few people in the MPP group told me that there were not any felony charges on the MPP initiative for people that break the laws defined in the MPP initiative.

My understanding is that the MPP initiative is full of felony charges for people who commit victimless crimes in the proposed law. Am I wrong on this?

I thought the MPP initiative made it a felony to have more then 6 plants for one person. More then 12 plants for a household of 2 or more. A felony to have more then 1 ounce of marijuana. A felony to have more then 5 grams of concentrated marijuana.

What's the truth on this? Does the MPP initiative contains numerous felony charges or are the folks from the MPP group right when they say there are no felony charges in the MPP initiative?

Last somebody made a post which said Kathy and Dave Inman were financially involved with a medical marijuana dispensary in Scottsdale.

Kathy sent me an email denying that. She said neither her or Dave had any financial interest in the dispensary.

Several people I talked to at the event also said the post was false and neither Kathy or Dave have a financial interest in the Scottsdale dispensary.

I saw this on Facebook on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at about 8:30 a.m.

A medical marijuana dispsenary owned by Kathy Inman and Dave Inman???

I didn't know that Kathy Inman and Dave Inman owned a medical marijuana dispensary.

Or at least according to this post Kathy Inman and Dave Inman own a medical marijuana dispensary in Scottsdale.

The post says it's the Monarch dispensary at 8729 East Manzanita Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona.

The comments seem to say that Dave's son, which I suspect is not Dave's son, but his son-in-law Andrew Myers owns it. Or from what I have always thought is that Andrew Myers is Kathy Inman's son in law

I do not think Dave and Kathy own Monarch to my knowledge. I do know Daves son was involved with them at one point.

Kathy Inman denies being involved with this dispsenary, but says that her son in law, Andrew Myers does work there.

I just reposted something somebody else posted and says hey, look at this. It seems to say ...

The reason I reposted it is some people think that Kathy Inman sold out the marijuana community.

For years Kathy Inman has run Phoenix NORML and most people thought or hoped she was working in the interest of the marijuana community.

Kathy Inman seems to have been a big backer of Prop 203 which was Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act. And Kathy Inman seems to be a big backer of the current MPP or Marijuana Policy Project initiative to legalize marijuana in Arizona.

Some people think that Kathy Inman has a financial interest in medical marijuana or recreational marijuana. I don't have any proof of that.

And both Prop 203 and the current MPP initiative to legalize marijuana don't seem to be in the interest of the Arizona marijuana community.

Both initiatives seem to be 1% about legalizing marijuana and 99% about making the owners of the medical marijuana dispensaries and recreational marijuana dispensaries millionaires.

Also Kathy Inman's son in law Andrew Myers was also involved with MPP and Prop 203.

I am not sure of all the details but some people say that Andrew Myers ran the team that wrote Prop 203.

Some people say Andrew Myers wrote Prop 203.

I am not sure what of that is true.

Andrew Myers, or Kathy's son in law was also the leader of the Arizona Dispensary Association.

That's some type of group that looks out of the interests of the medical marijuana dispensaries in Arizona.

So people also think that Andrew Myers has a financial interest in medical marijuana.

I am not sure of this but I think at a Phoenix NORML meeting around July 2014 that Kathy Inman said that she applied for the job that Andrew Myers had running the Arizona Dispensary Association, but Andrew got the job instead of her, because he had a college degree and she didn't.

And the July 2014 Phoenix NORML meeting where Andrew Myers spoke was videotaped and last time I checked was on the internet.
